What are the delivery times?
For orders of goods at the ready delivery normally takes place within 48/72 hours from the order and in any case no later than 7 working days. In some periods of the year the delivery may be delayed due to the large amount of orders (months of JANUARY, JUNE, SEPTEMBER, OCTOBER).
Orders for reserved goods follow the expected arrival dates shown in the catalog. The dates are estimates of arrival and therefore could be delayed or anticipated.
Can I track the delivery?
You can track the delivery status by clicking on the link in the shipping confirmation email for your order (BRT).
What are the shipping costs?
Delivery takes place carriage forward by express courier (BRT or GLS). A value of 3% of the total taxable invoice will be charged for transport and packaging costs.

What are the conditions for returning and exchanging products?
The customer has the right to return the product due to a defect or non-conformity within 30 days of the invoice date. Send an e-mail to commerciale@mood-milano.it to start the return procedure. No refunds or discounts will be made on compliant goods.
The goods will be collected at our expense and once checked, a credit note or rebate will be made on a subsequent order. Mood reserves the right not to accept the return of damaged or altered products after delivery in their essential and / or qualitative characteristics.
PAYMENTS
At the time of check-out or sending the order through an agent you will not have to make any payment: it will be communicated by e-mail once your order is ready.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Check with the local agent for the payment methods most suitable for you: for new customers, payment is an advance bank transfer.

* In case of payment with title to the courier, a flat rate of 5 euros will be charged for insurance and transport of the title, while for bank receipt 2 euros.
** Payments at sight, cash and advance bank transfer are not subject to collection costs
Where is the order invoice located?
The invoice is sent via SDI to your digital mailbox and a courtesy copy, not valid for tax purposes, in PDF format is forwarded to your e-mail box upon departure of the goods. In case of non-receipt, you can request a copy by writing to commerciale@mood-milano.it.
